The Portable Washing Station 7701 is the first independently developed and designed portable handwashing station of Qingdao Chuanghui Industrial Co., Ltd. (CHH), holding product technology patents. The main body of the product is manufactured by blow molding process, with the column innovatively designed in a slim-waist shape. It is equipped with accessories such as a hand sanitizer pump, a stainless steel elbow water pipe and a corrugated sewage pipe, as well as a foot-operated water outlet device, and the clean water tank has a capacity of 17L.

The product is easy to assemble and disassemble; a single person can usually complete the assembly and disassembly within three minutes. The washing table comes with a towel rack as standard from the factory, which is convenient for placing towels, demonstrating a user-friendly design. Meanwhile, the product supports diversified combination and matching, and can be paired with solutions such as 7701 + sewage tank, 7701 + portable toilet, 7701 + integrated toilet to achieve sewage collection and reuse, making it flexible and convenient during use.

Structural Features

The tabletop adopts a basic oval design, with square-round anti-collision structures added at the corners to effectively avoid bumps and collisions. The four sides are all heightened for leak-proof treatment, which can greatly reduce water splashing during use. The tabletop integrates a hand sanitizer pump and a detachable elbow water nozzle design, and a foldable funnel is provided as a gift. In case the retractable sewage pipe is damaged in the future, you can choose other pipes of the same diameter to install and replace with the joints on our original accessories, which is convenient for areas with inconvenient procurement or emergency replacement of accessories. The support column adopts a single-column design, innovatively equipped with a double-head installation structure: the top adopts a special-shaped buckle design; first press the large head firmly to fix it, then press along the direction of the small head to complete the stable installation. The bottom adopts a screw installation method; turn clockwise to the fixed buckle to ensure stable installation. The double-head installation design not only ensures the convenience of assembly and disassembly, but also fully guarantees the portability of the product. The support column is made by hollow blow molding process, with inherent structural rigidity, which is stable, durable and not easy to break. The column body is specially designed with a perforable pipe hole, inspired by the traditional Chinese bridge hole shape, which has both aesthetic and practical value.

Water Tank.With a capacity of 17L, the water tank adopts a foot-operated water outlet design, which is convenient and hygienic to use. The water tank body reserves a water inlet and is equipped with a sealing cover, and the interface adopts M44 international metric thread, which meets the needs of global customers and is widely applicable to various scenarios such as camping, outdoor activities, construction sites and hospitals.
